Sicam, the international exhibition of components, accessories and semi-finished products for the furniture industry, will be held from 16 to 19 October 2018 as usual at the Fiera di Pordenone. The event has long been a very important event and just think that in 2017 almost 8,000 companies participated to see closely the products presented by 583 exhibitors from all over the world; this year for special, as it coincides with the tenth edition. Sicam, the international exhibition of components, accessories and semi-finished products for the furniture industry, is not only a giant showcase of new products but also a valuable opportunity to meet the companies that exhibit them and the buyers, architects, creative people coming from all parts of the world. It is therefore a fair aimed at promoting the goods, but at the same time allows you to take part in meetings and constructive comparisons, taking stock of the evolution of design and trends related to furniture and therefore, more generally, to the furniture. Many ideas, many perspectives begin to take shape precisely during Sicam, where those details and those small and large elements reign that represent the basis of a much larger field. The Pordenone Exhibition Center is well connected to the city and the station (which is less than one km away) from public transport; for those who prefer to move on four wheels, however, can be reached quickly via the motorway: the Pordenone exit of the A28, connected directly to the A4 (Venice - Trieste) and the A27 (Venice - Belluno), adjacent to the District. The airports of Venice, Trieste and Treviso can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. You can also take advantage of a shuttle bus service that connects Pordenone and the fair to the Venice airport.
