The innovative kitchen model The Cut, also made in Fenix NTM according to the design of architect Alessandro Isola for the company Record è Cucine, has won the Architizer A+ Awards in the "Kitchen - Cabinetry" category. This award was presented on May 14th last in New York, on the occasion of NYCxDESIGN. The new Fenix NTM version of The Cut kitchen was introduced during the Salone del Mobile 2015, at the Record è Cucine showroom in via Pontaccio in Milan. Fenix NTM, the innovative nanotechnological material for interior design produced by Arpa Industriale, was chosen by the company's designers for its cutting-edge technological properties.
Fenix Ntm® is a super opaque nanotech material: it is a revolutionary product for interior design, created by Arpa Industriale and made possible thanks to new generation resins developed by ArpaLab's research and the use of nanotechnology. These new properties give this material extraordinary features, opening up new possibilities in the world of interior design. With low light reflection, its surface is highly opaque, fingerprint-resistant, and pleasantly soft to touch. Thanks to nanotechnology, Fenix Ntm regenerates from any micro-scratches due to its thermoreparability, as also emphasized by its name choice. Fenix Ntm is also highly resistant to scratches, abrasion, dry heat, impacts, acidic solvents, and household reagents. It has a high bacterial charge reduction activity, making its surface hygienic and easy to clean. It is also water-repellent and mold-resistant.
